Great location. only a 5 minute walk to Bowen Hills station for easy access to Brisbane centre. Room was neat. staff were friendly and welcoming. Good value for money.

My room had a nice setup, but the aircon was a nightmare to get working.

Encountered a dirty blanket between the sheets, made worse by an unfit bottom sheet. The bathroom had visible mould, and I found dust in many corners, along with a rusty toilet brush. Parking area was filled with junk, suggesting neglect from prior guests.

The location was convenient, with easy access to the

Bowen Hills train station and nearby cafes. The dedicated parking at a reasonable rate was a plus. the limited amenities in the room, like missing items in the kitchen, could be improved.

I stayed in a Studio Apartment for 3 nights. The room was pretty spacious with a nice view, but the check-in process was a bit chaotic, involving a few calls. Honestly, the whole leaking AC situation was a bummer, but I appreciated getting moved to another spot without extra charge. The kitchen looked decent for cooking, but parking was kind of a hassle because someone kept taking our spot. The cleanliness wasn’t great at first, but it got better after the cleanup on the fifth day.
